You chose to be a craftsman. How did this decision appear to be an evidence to you? Who has passion for a creative work. I grew up in my father’s shoemaker shop and watched his hands move artfully on shapes and patterns. I breathed the shop’s atmosphere since I was a little girl. Chi ha passione per un lavoro creativo. Sono cresciuto nel negozio di scarpe di mio padre e ho guardato le sue mani muoversi con arte sulle forme e sui modelli. Ho respirato l’atmosfera del negozio fin da quando ero una bambina.
Would you define your job a passion? What is the best moment you had in your job? Yes my job is certainly a passion and a desired choice. The best moment of my job is when an idea arises and when it begins to take shape in my thoughts. Sì il mio lavoro è certamente una passione e una scelta desiderata. Il momento migliore del mio lavoro è quando nasce un’idea e quando comincia a prendere forma nei miei pensieri.
What role do “talent”, “know-how” and “creativity” play in your profession? Talent is innate. The know-how never ends and needs to be fed every day because awake and connects mind moves new resources and new possibilities in our job. Creativity are our hands, hand craft, directly connected to the hearth and thus passion tool. Il talento è innato. La conoscenza non finisce mai e deve essere nutrita ogni giorno, perché mantiene la mente sveglia e connessa, muove nuove risorse e nuove possibilità nel nostro lavoro. Creatività sono le nostre mani, artigianali, direttamente connesse al cuore e quindi strumento di passione.
And what about innovation, what are the changes since you started? Do you use new materials, tools, processes, marketing. What’s the impact of innovation on your performances? How could your profession be more innovative? About the innovative aspects in our job relate to marketing a san advertising tool and to communication with our customers worldwide. In our shoes creation job, we love to give value to traditional techniques as we have always done. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti innovativi del nostro lavoro, sono relativi al marketing quale strumento di pubblicità e alla comunicazione con i nostri clienti in tutto il mondo. Nel nostro lavoro di creazione delle calzature, amiamo dare valore alle antiche tecniche tradizionali, come abbiamo sempre fatto.
Where and how long did you train before you were ready for creating your business? Imagine that you want to invite young generations to choose your profession, what would be your message to them? Study the art we came from because we can get creative tools out there. Get creative tools and learn to use hands to create. Learn how to get your hands dirty. Studia l’arte da cui veniamo perché da questa puoi ottenere strumenti creativi utili per il tuo lavoro. Acquisisci gli strumenti creativi necessari e impara a utilizzare le mani per creare. In my job experience I learned and learn every day to keep my eyes open on the present, to know the value of the past of my family and the country in which I live and always throw my hearth to the future. Nella mia esperienza di lavoro ho imparato e imparo ogni giorno a tenere gli occhi aperti sul presente, a conoscere il valore del passato della mia famiglia e del paese in cui vivo e sempre a gettare il mio cuore al futuro.
